Yoga for Stress and Anxiety

Daily life is full of stress and anxiety. We each have different reactions to this stress and anxiety, which can sometimes affect us very deeply. By focusing awareness on breath and the body, we can learn to decrease anxious thoughts and remove physical tension.
This workshop will provide the student with yogic tools to assist in awareness of the mind/body connection and to help self-regulate these feelings and emotions that come up during daily life.
This workshop includes Pranayama (breathing), Asasa (posture) practice, Meditation and Yoga Nidra, all of which can assist the practitioner to help to learn to calm the mind and body down.
